Iwasto ang Dayaang Tejeros Convention, Iboykot ang mga Halalang PCOS

22 ng Marso. Kumbensyon ng Tejeros. 1897. Ito ang unang nagtampok sa pambababoy, pagtapak, pagbabale-wala sa tunay na tinig ng bayan--nagpatalsik at nagbigay daan sa walang katarungang paglilitis at pagpatay sa Supremo Andres Bonifacio. Dahil sa Tejeros Convention na nagbigay momentum sa kasulasulasok na pambabasura sa napakahalagang sangkap ng demokrasya, ang halalan, hanggang ngayon ay dala-dala ito ng ating sistema pulitikal, naging kaugalian na yata ang pandaraya at pagtanggap dito. Kaya naman parang bale-wala ang krimeng conspiracy ng mga epal nang patalsikin ang hindi nandayang si Pangulong Erap Estrada, nang dayain ni Gloria Arroyo si Fernando Poe, Jr. noong 2004, nang dayain si Erap ng sabwatan nina BS Aquino, Arroyo, at CIA noong 2010. Kaya naman ang mga kampo ng mga mismong kumundina o biniktima ng mga halalang nabanggit ay kataka-takang sumasabak na naman sa halalan ngayon.

Ano po ba mga kuya at ate, nagkaroon nga po ba ng dayaan sa 2 huling eleksyon? Tatlong bagay lang ang magpapaliwanag ng muling pagtakbo ng kampo nila Poe, Jamby Madrigal, Jc de los Reyes, Erap, at Kaliwa. Una (1), nalito lamang sila sa kanilang alegasyon noon. Pangalawa (2), nagsinungaling lamang sila na nagkadayaan--na wala naman yata sa pagkatao nila. Pangatlo (3), meron silang alam na kanilang inililihim sa bayan.

Tejeros - Unang Pandaraya

Balik muna po tayo sa kauna-unahang madayang halalan sa bayang palaban na upang makamtan ang kalayaan... Ang araw na ito, Marso 22, 116 taon na ang nakakaraan, ang Unang Madayang Halalan sa ating bayan. Hindi unang halalan ng Bayan, ng ating lahi dahil ang maituturing na una ay ginanap noong Agosto 1896 nang binuo ang manghihimagsik na pamahalaan ng Katipunan, ang Pamahalaang Tagalog (Pilipinas/Taga-Ilog/Maharlika). Subalit ang Kumbensyong Tejeros ang unang nagtampok ng pambabasura sa boto ng mga Pilipino.

Maaring tawagin itong coup d'etat, ayon sa salita ng historyador na Dok Zeus Salazar, na ginamitan ng elemento ng pandaraya. Bago pa man magsimula ang Kumbensyong Tejeros, inulat na ni Diego Mojica, isang opisyales ng Katipunan, Magdiwang, na may mga nakasulat nang mga pangalan sa balota na dapat ay blanko. Lumabas na nanalo raw pangulo si Emilio Aguinaldo at kahit lumabas din ang pangalan ng Supremo ay ginulo ito ng isang Daniel Tirona taliwas sa napagkasunduan kaya dineklara itong bale-wala ni Bonifacio.

Naglabas kaagad ng deklarasyon na nagkadayaan sa Tejeros si Hen. Artemio Ricarte, na sa mga sumunod na araw, ayon kina Hen. Santiago Alvarez, ay tinakot upang manumpa sa 'pamahalaan' ni Aguinaldo. Naglabas ng pangkontrang Acta de Tejeros sila Bonifacio kahit na nagkaroon pa rin ng mga pag-uusap ang dalawang kampoo paksyon ng KKK sa Kabite (pinahiram pa nga ng Magdiwang ng mga sandata ang balasubas na Magdalo sa paglaban sa Kastila). Sumunod, nag-utos si Aguinaldo na daklutin, patay o buhay ang Supremo, ayon pa rin sa ulat ni Alvarez. Nilitis na salat sa katarungan si Bonifacio at kapatid nito at patagong pinatay sa bundok ng Kabite, baka tinadtad pa. 


Dayaan Noon, Dayaan Hanggang Ngayon

Kaya naman dahil siguro sa momentum, o kaya ay sa buto ng kasamaan sa halalan na itinanim nina Aguinaldo, hindi na bago ang pandaraya sa Pilipinas na lumala pa sa panahon ng mga Dilaw. Kahit ang 1907 halalan noong Philippine Assembly [salin: kolonyal na instrumentong legislatiba ng imperyalista] ay madaya--by design o dahil sinadyang hindi pinaboto ang masa at nasa 1.5% lamang ng populasyon ang nakaboto--yaong ang mga may lupa o nakakapagsalita lamang ng wikang Kastila (at Ingles) ang pwede. Pero usapang Kalbong Agila na yan.

Sa panahon ng mga Dilaw lalo na ang huling dalawang dekada lumala ang pandaraya dahil pangmalakihan na ang sistemang gamit, hindi lamang ang 'tradisyonal' na pagboto ng patay o maramihang beses o pagpalit ng ballot boxes. Sa panahon ni Arroyo na bahagi ng Kanan at kasabwat ang Simbahan at ang Kaliwa sa pagpapatalsik kay Estrada noong EDSA 2, niluto ang halalan sa pagmanipula sa boto sa Maguindanao gamit ang Komisyoner ng COMELEC, katulong ang mga kampon nito sa Kongreso. Kinawawa si FPJ noong 2004, nagreklamo ng pandaraya ang kanyang kampo bago inatake.

Noong 2010, automated pa ang dayaan, ang boto ng buong bayan ay niluto, malinaw sa pwestong Pampanguluhan at naluklok si Abs Aquino, tinalo daw si Estrada na pumangalawa. Bago mag-concede si Erap ay tinira ng kampo niya ang pandaraya. Sila ang nagpauso ng 'HOCUS-PCOS' na tumutukoy sa automated electoral cheating. Ang mga tumakbo rin sa pampanguluhan na sina Sen. Jamby Madrigal at Konsehal Jc de los Reyes, kasama si G. Nicanor Perlas, ay kahanga-hangang nag-concede pero hindi kay BS Aquino dahil matapang nilang itinuro at kinundina ang pandaraya sa halalan gamit ang mga makinang PCOS. Kahit nga si Bro. Eddie Villanueva ay nagsalita rin kahit paano laban sa dayaang 2010. Ang kampong Kaliwa sa pamamagitan ni Prop. Joma Sison naman ang nagsiwalat ng mekanismo at naging pagplaplano ng dayaan--nagusap nga daw at nagplano ang tagong magkakakulay na si Arroyo, ang kapatid ni Abs na si Pinky Aquino.Abellada, at ang napakasamang Central Intelligence Agency ng bansang Kalbong Agila upang lutuin ang halalang Mayo 10, 2010 gamit ang PCOS na mga makina.

Eh Bakit Sumasali pa sa Halalang 2013?

Nakakapagtakang ngayong 2013 ay sumasali na naman sa halalan ang mga kampong ito. Ang anak ni FPJ na si Grace Poe Llamanzares ay tumatakbo pa sa ilalim ng Team Dilaw na kinabibilangan ng Liberal Party na may mga kasapi, kundi man ang buong party, na gumawa ng paraan sa Kongreso upang hindi mabilang ang kwestyunableng mga COCs o certificates of canvass. Sa 'Hello Garci' tapes ni Arroyo ay sinabi nitong may mga kakuntsaba siya sa Senado, atbp. na malamang ay kabilang si Sen. Kiko Pangilinan. Si Kiko na ni hindi naipanalo ang posisyong Kongresista sa Quezon City, na nanalo lamang gamit ang asawang si Sharon Cuneta, ay sirang-sra sa pagsasabi ng "NOTED" upang barahin ang kampo ni FPJ na nais lamang mabuksan ang COCs upang mapatunayan ang pandaraya sa halalan.

Si Pangulong Erap ay tumatakbo ngayong mayor sa Manila. Nagconcede na nga mismo kay BS Aquino at naging taga-suporta pa nito pero hindi maikakailang tinira noon ng kampo niya ang dayaan gamit ang PCOS. At madalas din nitong tinitira ang naging pandaraya kay FPJ, katulad noong kampanya ng 2010.

Si Madrigal naman ay isa pang ala-Grace Poe na tumatakbong senador ngayon doon pa sa ilalim ng partido ni BS Aquino. Malinaw na itong si Abs and kanyang tinira, kasama nga sina de los Reyes at Perlas, hanggang ilang buwan matapos itong umupo ng Malakanyang. Itong lang naman po ang sinabi ni Madrigal noong Hunyo 19, 2010 sa isang pitong-oras na forum, na matagal-tagal din niyang pinanindigan:

We wake up one day and the votes are set and we do not even know how our votes were counted. I think we owe it to ourselves to look for the truth. And we thank you for being here in search of the truth, so that each and every one of us can make our own conclusions, but we should not let democracy be assaulted if there is any question of the 2010 elections being fraudulently conducted.

Si de los Reyes ay tumatakbo ring senador, ngunit hindi sa ilalim ng dilaw kundi sa maprinsipyo niyang partidong Kapatiran. Isa ito sa naunang nag.concede kay BS Aquino subalit madalian niya itong binawi nang malaman ang mga pandaraya. Matagal-tagal ding tinira ni de los Reyes, kasama si Madrigal at Perlas, ang madayang halalan.

Sa panig naman ng Kaliwa, hindi tumatakbo si Ka Joma subalit ang mga kapanalig niya sa Pilipinas sa pangunguna ni Rep. Teddy Casino ng Bayan Muna. May mga humikayat sa kanya, o napagusapan ba nila, na ibokyot ang halalan subalit sumige pa rin.


Nalito, Nagsinungaling, o Ano ang Sikretong Meron?

Tulad nang nauna kong sinabi, may posibilidad na mga nalito o mga nagsinungaling lang ang mga kampong ito tungkol sa mga pandaraya noong 2004 at 2010 (may nagtuturo ng pagkakasabwat ng partido ng Dilaw, ni Aquino, sa pandaraya noong 2004). Subalit maari bang ang lahat ng mga ito ay mga sinungaling? Malamang sa oo ay hindi dahil si JC de los Reyes, at kahit papaano si Jamby din, kasama ang Kaliwa, ay kilalang mga mapriprinsipyo. Kahit si FPJ nang nagreklamo siya sa pandaraya, ay kilalang malinis pagdating sa bayan dahil unang una ay baguhan ito sa politika at sa pagkakaalam ng marami ay nakumbinsi lamang dahil sa pagmamahal niya sa bayan. Si Pangulong Erap naman ay kilalang hindi marunong mandaya pagdating sa halalan. Isa pa, patungkol sa halalang 2010, sabay-sabay bang nalito o nagsinungaling sina Jc, Jamby, (Perlas), at Ka Joma, at sa maikling panahon, si Erap? Lalo na si Ka Joma na pasok pa ang CIA sa kanyang pagsisiwalat. Malabo yatang mga nalito o nanloko, at nagkwentong kutsero sabay-sabay sila.

Ang mas may katuturang dahilan ng kanilang pagsali ngayon sa halalan kahit na maingay nilang tinira ang mga pandaraya ng 2004 (mukhang kasabwat ang Dilaw) at 2010 ay may alam, o plano kaya, sila na hindi sinasabi sa atin. Maari kayang nangako si A_Noy Aquino na ngayon ay hindi magkakadayaan at sa pampanguluhan lang iyon dahil alam na nga ng marami na kung ano ang gusto ng imperyalistang Amerika, iyon ang nasusunod dito sa Pinas. Sinabi sigurong ayaw lang kasi ng Kalbong Agila kay Erap dahil lumaban ito sa base militar at dahil ayaw din ng elit dito kaya dinaya nila ito noong 2010.

O maari kayang sinabihan ni Abs ang ilan sa mga tumatakbo ngayon sa partido niya na 'promise, babawi ako sa inyo sa naging pandaraya ko noong 2010 (o pagtatakip ng partido ko noong 2004) at ngayon ay sisiguraduhin kong panalo kayo.' Ngek!

Sa panig naman ng Kaliwa at ni Jc de los Reyes ay maari sigurong gusto lang nilang gamitin ang mikropono ng kandidatura para maitulak ang mga makabayan nilang hangarin. Ewan din natin. Sana nga ganoon lang at wala nang ibang tagong pakikipag-usap sa mga epal na Dilaw.



Iwasto ang Tejeros... Boykot!... Itanghal ang KKK

Subalit hindi pa rin siguro tama na magbulag-bulagan o isangtabi na lamang ang KRIMENG pangdaraya ng Kampo ng Dilaw. Paano na ang katotohanan, ang katarungan, ang tunay na nais ng taumbayan?

Siguro kung makakausap lamang tayo ngayon nina Supremo Andres Bonifacio, Sek./Hen. Emilio Jacinto, Tandang Sora, Gregoria de Jesus, sampu ng mga bayani sa mga Katipunero, sasabihin nilang balikan at itakwil ang Kumbensyong Tejeros at lahat ng dayaang sumunod dito. Magumpisa tayong muli, balikan at itanim at pagyamanin ang mga aral ng Katipunan na nagtuturo ng Kapatiran, Kagandang-Asal, at Wagas na Pagmamahal sa Bayan. Linisin ang sistema ng pamahalaan at ating mga kaisipan dahil sa pagtataguyod ng Bayan na malinis lamang maayos ang daan, mga dumadaan at malamang, ang kahihinatnan.

Siguro, sasabihin nina Bonifacio at tunay na Unang (Manghihimagsik) na Pamahalaan na iwasto ang Kumbensyong Tejeros at talikuran ang naging paguugaling pandaraya or pagwalang-bahala sa pandaraya sa halalan. Sasabihin siguro nilang mas mainam na IBOYKOT ang halalan 2013 at mga susunod pa hanggang luminis, tumayo ang Bagong Bansang tunay na demokratiko at Bayan ang pinaghahari.

Gloria Arroyo, "Hello Garci" and the Anniversary of Her Bogus Presidency

On June 24, 2004, a stealth operation of grave national impact was conducted by the Congress of the Philippines. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, the controversial sitting President who took power after the popularly elected Joseph Estrada was deposed in the undemocratic EDSA II conspiracy in January 2001, was proclaimed as the victor of the 2004 May 11 elections in a manner that defied the spirit of electoral victory and the essence of a "proclamation." At around 3:30 am--yes, Virginia, at such a still-dusky morning hour when most Filipinos are generally still tucked in their beds--Senate President Franklin Drilon and House Speaker Jose de Venecia raised the hands of Arroyo and proclaimed her "President-elect."

What explains the surreptitious proclamation that ensured the people who were supposed to have given the petite Arroyo the mandate of electoral victory (over "1 M" lead over opposition bet Fernando Poe Jr.) would not be able to share in a supposedly glorious moment is the conspiratorial story of cheating and cover-up sealed at the very halls of the Philippine Congress.

Up until that unprecedented pre-dawn proclamation, Congress was abuzzed with heated deliberations and debates over allegation of massive fraud during the May 11, 2004 polls. The predominantly pro-administration legislators, however, swiftly turned down every protest issue and argument raised by the lawyers and Congress supporters of Poe with the oft-repeated words "Noted" expressed by Senate canvassing committee head Sen. Francis Pangilinan. In the end, Congress, which had turned itself into a joint congressional canvassing panel, elected not to determine the real winner in the 2004 Presidential race by refusing to open the Certificates of Canvass from a few questioned provinces. The frivolous rationale given by the administration allies who made up the majority in Congress was as anomalous as the stealth manner of the 3:30 AM proclamation: it would take a "long time" to finish the canvassing.



Never mind if the questioned COC's would show the real victor voted by the Filipino people. Apparently, the administration solons could not bear to delay the proclamation of their "president-elect"--their presidential candidate they have been allied with since 2001. So, with swift haste and dubious timing, the search for the real victor in the presidential race was killed. Congress proclaimed the controversial Arroyo as "President-elect," to be inaugurated as the 14th President six days later.



The Wiretapped Case of Electoral Fraud

Truth, even political truth, has a way of making itself known, however. Within exactly 12 months since the allegations of massive electoral fraud, tapes of wiretapped conversations would reveal the truth behind the apparently systematic efforts of Congress to cover up the May 11, 2004 and install a bogus president.

The tapes that have come to be known as the "Hello Garci" tapes primarily show the conversations between Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and elections commissioner Virgilio Garcillano in connection with operations surrounding the May 11 elections and vote canvassing. The operations revealed by the tapes were designed to cheat Arroyo's way towards continued hold on power and rob FPJ of electoral victory. The tapes around 3 hours long were revealed to the public through certain hostile members of the Philippine military. They show other voices, including certain military loyalist, and reveal an apparently broad conspiracy of electoral fraud perpetuated by Malacanang, the Commission of Elections and its "citizen's arm" NAMFREL.

The authenticity of the tapes, particularly the authenticity of the voices of Arroyo and Garcillano, has been verified by the companies Uniquest Pty (Australia) and Voice Identification (United States). Uniquest's Brian Lovell, forensic voice expert of note, expressed the professional opinion that "there is no evidence that would suggest that the conversations have been altered in any way from their original recorded form."

The following are the transcripts* of the more "telling" selections of the Hello Garci tapes, alternatively called Gloriagate tapes. The person addressed as "Ma'am" in the conversations, or "Code 1" and "PGMA" by the narrator refers to Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo; the "Gary" in the tapes is no other than the (former) Commissions on Elections officer Virgilio Garcillano. Discussed in the tapes are vote padding and manipulations in the counting , including those on COC's, and the role played by Commission on Elections (COMELEC) officers, National Movement for Free Elections or (NAMFREL), Philippine Army Generals, and "allies" in Congress in defrauding opposition standard bearer FPJ of victory.

The tapes--and transcripts--speak for themselves. The role of Congress in the cheating or cover-up during the 2004 presidential elections is suggested, if not revealed in the tapes. In Gloriagate tape # 2, Arroyo asks to delay the senatorial canvassing "until after the voting on the rules." Tape # 7 contains the discussion between Arroyo and Garcillano regarding how an instance of the doctoring of votes was not realized at the level of provincial COCs because "the words and figures were not changed" by a General who was "not yet expert" in cheating. Juxtaposing this "Hello Garci" information with how the Joint Congressional Committee blocked the opening of the contested provincial COCs back in 2004, the sinister role played by decadent members of Congress in proclaiming a fraudulent Philippine President becomes clear.



It has been four, tumultuous and corrupt-laden years since the stealth 2004 proclamation of the bogus 14th President of the Philippine Republic. A master of patronage politics, Arroyo has weathered the storms brought about by her illegitimate mandate "not once," but many times over. In fact, she has survived the public outcry that followed the disclosure of the wiretapped conversations, although the disgust over Arroyo's continued illegitimate hold on power is far from over.

Today, June 30, 2008 is actually the fourth anniversary of the proclamation of the 2004 bogus Philippine President. I have decided to give her this Hello Garci "relived" article as reminder that she will always be the Fake and Bogus occupant of Malacanang to the majority of the Filipino people.

Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is seen by the Filipino masses as a bogus, evil leader who has "stolen the Presidency not once, but twice." The first time has to do with her role in unconstitutionally unseating the majority elected Philippine President Joseph "Erap" Estrada in the 2001 Edsa 2, a power grab disguised as a "People Power" uprising.

The second time Arroyo stole the presidency of the Southeast Asian nation was during the 2004 Presidential elections wherein she was supposed to have beaten opposition standard bearer and Estrada's friend, Fernando Poe Jr. The "victory" that led to the highly irregular earlier than 'break-of-dawn' inauguration of Arroyo was heavily tainted with allegations of systematic cheating that involved the Commissions on Elections, the military, business leaders who headed the NAMFREL "citizen's arm" electoral watchdog and administration Congressmen and Senators who covered up the electoral fraud during the congressional canvassing.

2004 Poll Fraud and 'Hello Garci'

The opposition's charges of poll cheating would be later be backed up by the so-called "Hello Garci" tapes that reveal the wiretapped conversations between Arroyo and an elections commissioner assigned to the contested region of Mindanao. Despite
convincing proofs, however, the big businesses, the Catholic Church and the Philippine media helped sustain the cover-up of the fraudulent win of Arroyo in the 2004 polls.

The recent falling out between Gloria Arroyo and a protracted staunch ally, deposed House Speaker Jose de Venecia, over the anomalous NBN-ZTE telecommunications contract could just spell hope for the unraveling of the unholy conspiracy to cheat the Filipinos of their electoral choice for president. De Venecia has recently announced his plan to seek the reopening of the House investigations into the "Hello Garci" electoral controversy. As the Speaker and former Arroyo ally during the periods of the electoral canvassing and during the initial "Hello Garci" tapes investigation, De Venecia could certainly shed light on the mechanics of the conspiracy to rig the 2004 Presidential elections and cover up that trampling of the democratic process.

Hopes to Unravel and Rectify the Presidential Fraud

For seven years, the Philippines has been mired in the evil created by the hypocritical and undemocratic designs of the conspirators who simply preferred Arroyo over the choice of the majority class of society, the masses. It's about time that some truth is unraveled and perhaps, that the 2004 electoral cheating be officially rectified somehow.
